Through Mom Crew I have been able to build a support system and network that extends beyond dance. At its core, service to the community is what keeps bringing me back to these amazing women who I continue to learn, grow and evolve who I am as a mother, wife, and woman.

Dancing with Mom Crew has been a powerful reminder that joy, movement, and sisterhood can coexist even in the busiest seasons of life. It’s given me a space to reconnect with dance again in a fun and supportive environment. Mom Crew’s commitment to community service makes a real impact on the region by giving back and showing up for those in need. I’ve loved being affiliated with an organization that supports youth, uplifts women, and brings people together in authentic ways. What I enjoy most about Mom Crew is the love, acceptance and dynamic energy of everyone involved.

MOM Crew has been a vital part of my rehabilitation from the effects of C-PTSD, and an essential step in my journey to reconnect with my body, mind, soul and community. Through this program I’ve learned to care for my health more intentionally and be a part of a
sisterhood that allows me to express myself without shame or judgment. Performing in music videos, at live venues, and serving diverse communities alongside moms from all walks of life
has been both empowering and transformative. This journey has not only been deeply healing for me but also inspiring for my children, as they see me facing challenges, chasing dreams, and giving back to the community.

I’ve been apart of Mom Crew since 2018. I still find myself surprised on how far I’ve come in not only my dance journey but adulthood. Mom crew has given me the luxury of being able to show my teenage daughter how important it is to invest in yourself. It was a dream come true to still live out my dreams of being a dancer and great mom all at the same time. I’ve gained sisters from all backgrounds who all chip in when we have hard times. I’ve been held up when I got down and I call my Friday nights happy hour but with fruit and energy drinks. I love that I get to be active in the community in a big way connected to my passion in dance. Seeing peoples faces like up knowing I in some way made a difference by packing lunches for the homeless or sorting shoes for families in need makes my heart smile. I’m proud of who I’m becoming and being apart of Mom Crew has has aided in my journey of becoming the best version of myself.

Dancing with Mom Crew has been a dream come true. As an adult dancer, I've experienced incredible opportunities I never imagined, such as dancing backup at a sold-out concert and performing on a nationally syndicated television show, to dancing in Africa! Joining this team has allowed me to forge genuine friendships that I deeply cherish and would do anything for. My confidence in dancing and in life has soared since becoming part of this amazing group. Additionally, I've had the chance to give back to our community through service events, often involving my children. Being on this team has provided my children with a wonderful example of
pursuing their dreams and serving the community.😍

M.O.M WHO? M.O.M CREW! It's not everyday that you can acquire a sisterhood of women that you can let her hair down with, laugh with, eat with, cry with, walk in confidence with, motivate and encourage each other with, share passions with, celebrate life's milestones with, become family with, parent with, dance with, serve the community with, win championships with. The lists goes on from there, but even those things cannot be replaced. I'm lucky to have developed so many bonds with different women from ALL walks of life. Feels like I've done life with these ladies, since 2018. Never did I image that this was what I signed up for. We are more than just dance. We are just more!

M.O.M Crew has meant more than just joining a group, it’s been about finding a sisterhood, a support system you didn’t know you needed, and a space where I can grow without judgment. It’s given me the chance to rediscover parts of myself that I had forgotten, to feel seen, heard, and empowered alongside women who understand the same challenges of motherhood.
The fact that M.O.M Crew focusing on community service has been inspiring. Through volunteering, I’ve built stronger connections, gained a deeper sense of purpose, and learned
that healing often happens when we show up for others.

I enjoy dancing, of course, but being able to use that in a way to serve others is truly wonderful. We often get opportunities to teach dance to children and adults at various community events & non-profits and it’s so fun to see others try something new. I also cherish the ladies on MOM Crew who each bring something unique & special to the team.

When I joined M.O.M. Crew initially, it was new and an avenue to get to dance. While getting to dance is fun and a love of mine, establishing friendships with amazing women from all over the
metroplex is what really means the most to me. I’ve met people that I would not have otherwise and we have gone through life together. There have been so many amazing opportunities to perform and give back to our community through service. I am grateful for all of the opportunities that have been available through this impressive team.

This is my second year on M.O.M Crew and I’m so thankful to continue be able to be apart of such a great team.
After pregnancy, I personally struggled to gain my confidence dancing again. Thanks to M.O.M crew I have been able to continue to do what I love and gain the confidence I never knew I had. M.O.M Crew is the community woman that I didn’t know that i needed. Im happy to know that I have a group of like minded individuals whom I can confide in whatever the situation may be. I’m thankful for all of the opportunities and ability to inspire other women all over the world.

Joining M.O.M. Crew was about more than just dancing for me—it was about pushing past fear, leading by example for my daughter who dances competitively, and showing up for myself. I found a sisterhood of women who love dance as much as I do, built meaningful friendships, and had the opportunity to be part of incredible community events. I never imagined I’d be centerstage at the Legends basketball or Dallas Trinity FC halftime shows—and especially the World of Dance stage! Even better, my daughter formed her own friendships with the other dancers’ daughters, which means the world to me. This journey has helped me grow, stay healthy, and I’m truly grateful for the experience.

Dancing for Mom Crew has reignited a passion I had long missed. I became part of this group in 2020 and since then, I've experienced so many personal successes. My confidence has grown
tremendously-especially learning to love myself and my body again. As a mom of two, I spent so much time making sure my kids had everything they needed from me, that I treated myself as a afterthought. Joining Mom Crew helped shift that. I feel vibrant
and alive again. Truly sassy:). Beyond the dancing and connection with an amazing, supportive group of moms, I also love the community service. My family and I have always been involved in nonprofit community work, so knowing that Mom Crew also values giving back made it feel even more special. Overall, it's a wonderful group where moms can come together to dance, serve the community, vent, cry, and laugh. I've thoroughly enjoyed every moment. It's truly become my "me time" escape.

Through M.O.M Crew I have met many wonderful women. Some of whom have become my closest and dearest friends. We support each other during times of hardship, celebratory moments and dance. I enjoy the fact that the group is one of service to the community as well. I have been a person of service since my youth and being part of a group that shares the same value is important to me.

I joined M.O.M. Crew in 2022. This is my 3rd season. I haven’t danced regularly since high school. I really missed a dance and the community service aspect made joining even more appealing. I have made some awesome friendships while living out my passion for dance. I have also grown as woman and a mom and learned some new things about myself along the way!
- Nicole Kinman

I’m in my 5th season of MOM Crew and my overfill experience has been one of the most fulfilling dance experiences! I’ve ever had in my over 25 years of dance experience. Being apart of the team means countless opportunities that I’m able to achieve through dance after years of feeling that it’s impossible once becoming a mother. I have continued to come back because MOM Crew has showcased everything it stood for. Furthermore I’ve had the pleasure of truly building a sisterhood whilst serving my community along with so many other amazing women and moms just like me that come on and want to grow themselves in dance and who are in
need of a support system of moms willing to be on that same journey with them.

Mom Crew has impacted my life in so many ways. Being part of this dance team has allowed me to create life long relationships with my dance sisters . It has also helped me boost my self confidence , which is something I struggled with as a little girl. Community service has impacted my life by showing my children how important it is to show up for those who need it most. I enjoy showing love , spending time with my teammates doing creative content , and being able to share each of my kids milestones with the girls during rehearsals the most.
